Mark Easton

Mark Easton founded Easton Concrete Inc. in 2002. Mark is dedicated to the Easton Vision: "A Company whose success is grounded in partnering with its employees and customers to create sustainable prosperity."

Mark has an ability to organize the many moving parts of complicated jobs, a construction business, and create a smooth efficient process. Couple this with taking ownership of the project and you have a combination that interprets into a powerful solution. Every job is a challenge that is welcome and thrived upon.

Detail is of great importance to the outcome of every project. This is taken with the utmost seriousness. Planning and forethought of the next steps are key to operating smoothly and efficiently, as well as the talent to solve problems as they surface. Mark is always striving for perfection and has the commitment to influence co-workers and employees to strive for the same. Pushing crews to their maximum, output of quality and efficiency is a distinction that happens on a daily basis.

When not working Mark enjoys water skiing, snow ski and taking the dirt bike out for a serious trail ride. Mark has determined the best spot for a family vacation is in the Caribbean during a cold Montana February.

Business Manager

Tom Huber

Tom manages the overall Business Operations for Easton Concrete, Inc. Tom has over 40 years of business management experience and has owned and operated businesses in several sectors. They include Residential Construction, Restaurants, Automotive, and Management Consulting.

Tom manages a complex mixture of moving parts that make up the daily challenges associated with any growing business. His responsibilities include Business Planning, Human Resources, Cash Management, Accounting, IT Management, Cost Accounting, Contract Management, Budgeting, and Benefits Administration to name a few.

Tom's belief is that "Success" in business is a direct result of very basic principles. "Honesty, Respect, and Integrity," is the basis for all negotiating and problem solving whether it be with our Client's or our Employee's. This approach results in "Success" for all involved.

Operations Mgr.

Tim McDowell

Tim joined Easton Concrete, Inc. after 10 years with a Washington-based General Contractor, focusing on Telecom work in CA, WA, OR, and NV.

He has become the "Point of Contact" person for Easton Concrete. This has proven to be an integral part of improving our efficiency and communications, acting as a liaison between our Customers, Office, and Crews.

Tim is responsible for scheduling and assigning our crews to an always moving target, the job schedule. In the short time he has been with Easton Concrete, he has expanded his responsibilities to include Estimating, Human Resources, Contract Management and Project Management.

Project/Design Mgr.

Casey Bennett

Casey Bennett is the newest member of our team. He is an AIT with a passion for design and construction. Casey received a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Masters of Architecture from the Montana State University. Among Casey's many responsibilities are Architectural Design, Project Development, & Project Design.

Prior to joining Easton Concrete, Casey designed and managed a variety of large "Custom Residential" projects throughout the Rocky Mountain West & Canada. "I am a highly motivated individual looking forward to new experiences and the challenges I will be presented with."

When out of the office, Casey is most likely spending the day on the river, skiing, hunting, or spending time with family and friends.

Lead Estimator

Elizabeth Wyss

Beth began her career with Easton Concrete, Inc. as a "Layout Specialist". After training her replacement, she moved into estimating and quickly became our "Lead Estimator".

Beth is a 2006 Montana State graduate with a degree in "Construction Engineering" and an option in "Surveying". She has eight years of experience as a field engineer on large commercial projects and now has several years in estimating experience.

Outside work, Beth enjoys any outdoor activity and recently has taken up travel as her newest hobby.

Field Engineer

John Talbot

John joined Easton Concrete in June 2015 as a member of our layout team. After spending 11 years of guiding fly fishermen, John returned to his construction roots and completed many commercial projects throughout the Valley and Big Sky area. Over the past 10 years, John has worked as a job site superintendent and field engineer. John earned his degree in construction management from Missouri State University.

Accounting

April Huber

April Huber joined Easton Concrete in February 2015 as a Work Flow Coordinator and Accounting Assistant. April earned her degree in "Education" at Montana State University. Multitasking, time management, and organizational skills are a few of the qualities April brings to her new position from her background as an "Educator". Her responsibilities include, all paperwork flow from start to completion of jobs/projects as well as payroll and other accounting projects.

April enjoys all things Bozeman has to offer. Hiking, camping, and skiing are some of her favorite activities. She comes from a large family and loves to spend time with them.

HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR

Kelly Cabanting

Kelly joined Easton Companies in February 2018 to develop the Human Resource Department. Originally an entrepreneur in Hawaii specializing in business management and then running her own real estate company, Kelly fell in love with Montana and decided to make it her home.

Kelly brings over twenty-five years of corporate executive, operational and human resource experience to Easton Companies. Kelly's expertise includes talent management, organizational development and broad generalist experience to include recruitment, employee engagement, safety, benefits administration, payroll, training and compliance. She is very passionate and enjoys building relationships and helping the company and each employee reach their goals.

A product of her environment, growing up in Hawaii, Kelly believes in being of service and bringing "Aloha" to everything she does and everyone she meets.
